Was Dracula right - blood links to reduce aging

She may have been right. Recent studies have shown that attaching a young mouse to a old like "siamese twins", the old mouse gains regenerative capacity close to that of a much younger mouse. When the link is broken the effect is lost. So, the old cells have the capacity to repair but the correct molecular signaling is missing.
